NationLinks is a telecommunications provider under the Merchant Nations Association, operating under

the trade name NationLinks. All services provided, and all data collected through nationlinks.com, are

governed by these Terms and the policies of Merchant Nations Association.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND NATIONLINKS. THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

1. Acceptance and Scope

By using the website nationlinks.com (the "Site"), submitting information via any web form, or activating any NationLinks service (5G Business Wi-Fi, Home Wi-Fi, or Mobile Services), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Company.

2. Data Collection and Use

When you interact with our Site, specifically through lead generation forms, service inquiries, or account registration, we collect personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, physical address, and telephone number.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to provide such information. We use this data to provide services, process billing, and communicate with you regarding your account or our offerings.

3. Electronic Communications and Marketing Consent

3.1 Consent to Contact: By submitting your telephone number and/or email address through nationlinks.com, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by NationLinks and its affiliates (under Merchant Nations Association) for service-related and promotional purposes.

3.2 SMS Messaging: You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from NationLinks, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3.3 Opt-Out Instructions:

SMS: Reply "STOP" to any text message received to unsubscribe from mobile communications.

Email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email.

4. Description of Services

4.1 5G Business & Home Wi-Fi

NationLinks provides fixed-wireless internet services. Speeds are "up to" and represent the maximum possible under ideal conditions. Actual speeds may vary based on distance from cell towers, local geography, weather, and network congestion.

4.2 Cell Phone Services

Mobile services are provided via our partner networks. Coverage maps are high-level estimates and do not guarantee service availability in specific indoor or underground locations.

5. Billing, Payments, and Taxes

Services are billed monthly in advance. You are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as regulatory fees and surcharges. If your payment method is declined, NationLinks reserves the right to suspend your service after 48 hours of notice. A restoration fee of $25.00 may apply to re-enable suspended accounts.

6. Equipment Ownership and Use

Any routers, modems, or SIM cards provided by NationLinks as part of a lease or "service-included" plan

remain the property of NationLinks. You are prohibited from tampering with the internal software or hardware of

the equipment. Upon termination of service, equipment must be returned in good condition. Failure to return

equipment within 14 days of termination will result in an "Unreturned Equipment Fee" charged to your payment

method on file.

7. Prohibited Use and Network Integrity

You may not use our services for:

Reselling bandwidth or mobile data to third parties.
Hosting high-traffic public servers without a dedicated enterprise contract.
Any activity that interferes with the ability of other customers to use the network.
The distribution of malware, viruses, or illegal content.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

NationLinks and Merchant Nations Association shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from service outages or network failures. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NationLinks from any claims arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the service in violation of any law.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where the Merchant Nations Association is headquartered. You waive the right to a jury trial.
